How long will it take for my Custom Order? 
Usually about two weeks. Please specify time requirement when you place your order.  I will contact you if  there is a problem.

How do I know you have received my order?
I will e-mail you confirmation of your order.

Can I have my initials carved in my walking stick?
Just let me know in the Custom Order section.
There is a $15.00 fee for three letters

Do you ship Internationally.
Yes, however you will be charged for this shipping cost as well as any other fees involved.
